Shipping & Returns

1. Delivery of goods

1.1. Goods are delivered by the Seller or his authorized representative.

1.2. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the terms specified in the product descriptions (section “Shipping and Returns“). These terms do not apply in cases when ordered goods are not available in the warehouse. In that case, the Buyer will be informed about the lack of goods ordered by him. At the same time, the Buyer agrees that, in exceptional cases, the delivery of the goods may delay due to unforeseen circumstances.

1.3. The buyer, when ordering the goods, undertakes to indicate the exact place of delivery of the goods.

1.4. The buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself. In the case that the Buyer is not able to accept the goods by himself and the goods are delivered to the indicated address, the Buyer is not entitled to claim regarding the delivery of the goods to another entity.

1.5. In the event that the Buyer, on the basis of terms and conditions, refuses the contract of Purchase, he is obligated to pay all direct costs of returning the goods to the Seller.

1.6. If there is no possibility to deliver ordered goods in one shipment, “optimalhouses.com” has the right to deliver goods in several shipments.

1.7. The Seller is released from liability for violation of delivery terms in all cases, if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or delivered with a delay due to the fault of the Buyer or due to circumstances caused by the Buyer.

2. Return

2.1. You have the right to return or change non-damaged and good condition products within 30 days of receipt of the goods. Selected goods may have an extended return policy. Please refer to the specific product’s description (section “Shipping and Returns“) for more information.

2.2. If you decide to return or change the purchased products that did not fit due to color, size, or other reasons, please email us at [email protected]. We will get back to you within 48 hours.

Our Quality Assurance team will request photo/video proof of the unsatisfactory product.

2.3. We will refund your money immediately, no later than 5 working days from the day we receive the items back. The funds are returned only to the person paying the bill.

2.4. In order to exercise the right to return or change the products, you must make a decision and send the item no later than 30 days of of receipt of the goods. After the expiration of the term, the goods are not accepted / non-refundable, therefore the money for the item will not be refunded.

2.5. The customer bears the costs of the return shipment.

2.6. Due to their nature, health and beauty products do not fall under the return policy, unless the product package has not been opened.
